Bill Black is very knowledgeable of the local market and super friendly and easy to work with. Our house sold quickly and we got our full asking price. 26 Years ago, we purchased our house in the Harvey Oaks Subdivision with Bill Black. This was a perfect place to live, our neighbors have been great through the years! And now, with our parents gone, we are retired and moving out of state to be closer to our daughter, son-in-law and first grand-baby. We are delighted to again have Bill Black list our house, give us a CMA and then even sell it for more than we expected! We are delighted and would recommend him to any of our friends and neighbors!

Mr Black was the best part of my Omaha tour. He provided a very in-depth detailed tour, hitting the major hotspots in Omaha. He was quite considerate as well with taking breaks as requested. We connected instantly, a very fine, friendly gentleman. I wish I got to spend more time with him, and even better, I wish I had him as realtor, and guide in the other cities, I have been visiting. Very knowledgeable too, and a true Nebraskan. We had even enjoyed lunch together near the end of the tour.
