The Bill Black Team

Thank you so much for helping us through the sale of our house. Joni and Tracy did an amazing job staging and Coleen was so helpful. I must say it has been bittersweet. When Tracy came in and said can we pray for you?, it was then that I realized, even when I felt like my life was falling apart God was still in control and I had found the right people to trust. Life is hard and God is good! RG

Brenda Petersen

Great people who went above and beyond our expectations when buying our first home. They have many years of RE experience, know the Omaha market, and have lots of great connections. Brenda's ability to help us structure an offer in this crazy market made the difference. We couldn't be happier.

Bill Black

We have sold 13 homes all across the country, and have dealt with numerous realtors. Bill was one of the best we have encountered. He was professional, approachable, friendly, attentive, and quick to resolve any issues or questions. His recommendations regarding market value, home repairs, and the Omaha area were very valuable to us. He was our eyes and ears since we needed to complete the sale long-distance from Texas. The trust we had in him was well placed, and we would highly recommend Bill Black to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
