Bill Black is very knowledgeable of the local market and super friendly and easy to work with. Our house sold quickly and we got our full asking price. Bill also helped us when our moving truck failed to show up! He put us in touch with a local moving company and we were moved out the next day. I highly recommend Bill and his team.

We were really lucky to get to know and work with Bill Black and his team. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to real estate, Omaha neighborhoods, and even more importantly, nitty grittiest of living in Omaha which was extremely helpful for us as new comers. He listened to us and learned about our needs and wishes and helped us find our dream home in an extremely competitive market. He continues to be a great resource for us in the post-purchase phase. Mr Black was the best part of my Omaha tour. He provided a very in-depth detailed tour, hitting the major hotspots in Omaha. He was quite considerate as well with taking breaks as requested. We connected instantly, a very fine, friendly gentleman. I wish I got to spend more time with him, and even better, I wish I had him as realtor, and guide in the other cities, I have been visiting. Very knowledgeable too, and a true Nebraskan. We had even enjoyed lunch together near the end of the tour.

26 Years ago, we purchased our house in the Harvey Oaks Subdivision with Bill Black. This was a perfect place to live, our neighbors have been great through the years! And now, with our parents gone, we are retired and moving out of state to be closer to our daughter, son-in-law and first grand-baby. We are delighted to again have Bill Black list our house, give us a CMA and then even sell it for more than we expected! We are delighted and would recommend him to any of our friends and neighbors!
