Omaha is such a livable place with a superb education system. I am very excited about the faculty position and am seriously consider moving to Omaha. It's hard to say something new and unique about Bill Black and his team. My wife and I relocated from Tennessee to Nebraska for work and was introduced to Bill by our company. Bill and his team worked tirelessly and went well "above and beyond" what most realtors would do. In addition he is very knowledgeable about Nebraska and the Omaha area. In short- we closed on our house today and Bill Black is no longer our realtor- now he is a good friend! Use Bill Black and his team. Bill and Coleen were wonderful to work with! I was a basket case because I'm a recent widow and needed to sell my lake home after 27 years. It held many special memories. They were so patient, understanding and encouraging. Bill kept me informed of the details and Coleen staged the house so it showed great. It was special the day my house was listed, when they stood with me in prayer for the sale of the house, the buyers and for my future. I definitely recommend the Bill Black Team!
