My name is Harry and I came to know Bill by a prayer. I got a new job here in Bellevue last year and I was trying to buy a home locally. I have gotten lots of advice from friends and families about finding the right agent. But I didn't know anyone locally and I was on a tight schedule to find a great agent. So I decided to pray and the Lord told me to get on the Christian realtor agents website. I did not know about this website before I prayed! Anyway, I got on the website and I got connected with Bill in about 3 days. Bill contacted me shortly and he started walking me through all the details of buying a house in the Omaha area. He also remembered my special requests and family situation. But what's more amazing is the actual buying process. I arrived in Omaha last November and I thought it was an off season for buying a home, but little did I know that the local housing market was way overheated. Bill and my family spent 3 days, checking out over 20 houses, but we lost almost every bidding war. Just during that low time, the Lord helped us get this house by a huge miracle. Although our offer was among the lower side, we somehow won the bidding war! Bill told us it was a miracle that we got that house. ...... I knew all of this was ultimately God's provision, but I am so thankful for Bill and his team. They went above and beyond to help our family. Like I said earlier, not only was Bill caring for our family, but he was so professional and efficient. He knew exactly what we wanted and he knew the neighborhood like the back of his hand. To us, Bill is more than a realtor. He is our local expert and now has become a dear friend. After we bought the house, he has helped us tremendously by providing local resources such as doctors, schools, gyms and supermarkets, churches etc. His knowledge of the Omaha area is really impressive. I highly recommend Bill to anyone who is looking to buy a house in the Omaha area. Oh by the way, he also knows a lot about military relocation and the needs of service members. So if you are a service member, you won't go wrong with Bill. He and his team are really amazing and God's gift to our family and I am sure you will feel the same way after you get to know Bill.
